Game wont work?

i have the game quake 3 and its running of a virtual drive (alcohol 120%) and the game works, but when i go into the single player and start a game, and it says insert CD yes/no. when i click yes it goes back to the menu, and when i click no it exits the game, how can i fix this?? thanks
