How much protein is there in an mushroom?

All sources that I have read, suggest that mushrooms are carbohydrates.. Since mushrooms, yeast and mould are multicellular organisms, shouldn't they be more protein and even fat? How about snails and oysters, without the breading? Bananas and avocados feel like they have fats and proteins and are not entirely carbohydrates. Is this true?
