RIchard Winkler Antique Violin Bow?

We came across an old violin bow, it is stamped with Richard Winkler's name, followed by two stars. It also has a shield shaped trademark stamp with "RW" in the middle. The end of the bow has silver and mother of pearl. Any information on it?
