Can the co-signer on my home force me to sell when I haven't missed any payments?

I purchased a home last year with my fiance . I had great credit, my fiance didn't. His mother had to co-sign for him so we could purchase our home. I am now having to file bankruptcy but have made every payment on my home that she co-signed on and will using the home as an excemption to keep the home. The co-signer now thinks my bankruptcy will effect her and has hired an attorney to take me to court, to do a court ordered sale to take her off the loan. I can't refinance due to not having good credit anymore, and am filing bankruptcy due to health problems. I will continue to make all payments on my home. Is this possible when she doesn't live in the residence and I'm not behind on payments , to be court ordered to sell the home because we don't get along?
