Can I travel to Arab countries with a tattoo?

I need to travel to the Middle East, specifically Kuwait maybe sometimes Saudi Arabia and the UAE, I have a huge tattoos on both arms. Can I travel to those countries revealing my tattoos? I know tattooing is 'haram' in Islam. Being strict Muslim countries, is it illegal to be carrying tattoos there or is it just frowned upon but not a bookable offense?
