DO U THINK KICKBOXING 4 TIMES A WEEK IS ENOUGH 2 GET IN SHAPE ?

You could go swimming inbetween days, it is a low intensity and keeps your blood flowing and will help you tone up when you are not kickboxing. Remember to take at least one day off training a week to let your body recover. Well done you on making a positive change!
