For christians, the one true translation of the NT is in latin (for catholics, at least).?

For jews, the one true translation of the OT is in hebrew. For muslims, the one true translation of the koran is in arabic. If god wants you as his for each respective religion, why does he limit his teachings to one language? Why was one of his prophets not multilingual? Muhammad was, in fact, illiterate. Thoughts as to why this is?
