Pink Jasmine Dying! Help!?

I planted it a week and a half ago and since then the temps have reached the 90s. It was full and lush and green when I planted it but now it is all wilted and the base seems to be dying. (getting yellow) We are watering it 4 times a day, but it is not helping. What do I do?
