Spinning or road bikers, can you help me find this out?

It depends on what the resistance was set at. Riding at any speed is much easier on a stationary bike then in real conditions. You want to pedal at a high cadence 70-90 rpm's with just enough resistance to get your breathing to the point where you can still talk but not sing. You can kick it up a little by increasing the resistance for a minute or two. If you need to recover some drop back on the resistance but keep the rpm's up.
