Which player would have had the better career had it not been for injury Penny Hardaway or Tracy McGrady?

Penny. Both could score -- obviously McGrady better -- but Penny could p, and do it well. He was 6' 9" and he could really run the offense. Not as clever a ball handler as Magic, but hey, who is? Penny could have been an MVP. check tape of his early years with Shaq. Impressive. T-Mac is a gunner, and not much else.
