Please help me to interpret this scripture from the book of Isaiah 1:18? :o?

This scripture represents the depth of God's forgiveness. He is in effect saying that even if you are loaded down with sins (scarlet) that he can cleanse or purify you by forgiving all that you have done as if it never happened.
